These Terms do not grant you ownership of any intellectual property rights.
Except as permitted by applicable law or applicable open-source licenses, you may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from proprietary Nexus Shield materials without prior written permission from the Company.

Nexus Shield is designed to help improve the online experience through network-level ad blocking, privacy-enhancing features, content filtering, and related functionality.
Due to the nature of network filtering technologies, certain advertisements, trackers, domains, or content may not always be detected or blocked, and legitimate content may occasionally be affected.
Nexus Shield does not guarantee protection against malware, viruses, cyberattacks, unauthorized access, data breaches, security vulnerabilities, service interruptions, or other security-related incidents.
Nexus Shield is not a substitute for antivirus software, device security measures, software updates, or other reasonable security practices.
No network security solution can provide complete protection against all threats, and users remain responsible for maintaining appropriate security practices.
14. Suspension and Termination
The Company may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to Nexus Shield-operated online services, accounts, websites, software features, or other Services, including where:
Required by applicable law;Necessary to protect the security, integrity, or operation of the Services;
A user violates these Terms; or
The Company reasonably believes that continued access may result in harm to the Services, the Company, or other users.
Suspension or termination shall not affect any rights or obligations accrued prior to such action.
